How to Know Your Divine Purpose! (The Book)

Randall Brown BC

I want to thank all of you who have been patiently following me for the last year and half as I have been writing “7 Principles of Divine Purpose!” Is has been a long journey, but the book is finished and will be out in about 30 days.

Your Divine Purpose is the emergence of the dreams and passions that resonate so deeply inside you. It is a Divine energy that compels you to inspired-action, making you a visionary, inspired by a “calling” that is “meant to be.” Your Divine Purpose
is a gift so uniquely designed for you, that only you can do it in a way that it was intended.

“7 Principles of Divine Purpose – Experiencing Power, Passion and True Success” was written for everyone who has sought a successful life by following the path parents, teachers and society have taught, only to find that path to be a myth. Randall presents us with the questions: “What if everything you’ve been taught about success is wrong? What if it only leads to limitations and emptiness?”

The 7 Principles of Divine Purpose teach us that a successful and passionate life is experienced only when the seeds of Divine greatness planted within you are allowed to emerge. Learn to unblock the flow of Divine Help that will release your Divine Purpose!

Your Divine Purpose is a masterpiece that lies within you. It is the unique greatness planted in your DNA. It is the “highest-good” that flows through you as you are connected to your source, God, Higher Power or whatever you understand it to be.

How to Live the Life of Your Dreams! 5 Tips to consider!

Dreams

One of my coaching clients told me that a friend of hers called her “a big dreamer” when she shared her goals. I was amazed to hear how her feelings were very hurt by the reaction of her friend.  I helped her re-frame the situation by explaining that her friend had given her a great compliment, even though that wasn’t her intention.

Unfortunately, we are often taught by parents, teachers and society to stop dreaming. I say that dreams are Divine signatures of what you were created to be. Your dreams are placed in your soul by your creator. They are intended inspire you to greatness!  Your dreams are signs of your Divine Purpose!

Here are some things to consider when it comes to your dreams:

1. What gives you a sense of gratitude? When you are living your dreams you can’t help but feel gratitude!

2. What gives you energy? Following your dreams will energize you like nothing else. Your dreams flow from your Divine Source as a high-frequency energy.

3. What can you do better than anyone else? Your dreams are tied to a Divine Purpose that is uniquely designed for you. Something you can do in a way no one else can.

4. What is the deepest expression of your heart and soul? This is your gift to humanity – your way of serving others in a way that deeply matters.

5. What makes you feel the greatest passion? Your dreams are exciting, they make you into a visionary and inspire you to dream big.

The most successful people in the world are visionaries. They are people who have refused to stop dreaming.  Every great accomplishment started as a dream in someone’s imagination. Dreaming is the greatest creative faculty God has endowed us with!

DREAM BIG!!!

How to Change Limiting Beliefs

anxiety

Do you currently have a glass ceiling over your level of success? If so, there are obstacles deep inside you that are holding you back. These obstacles are limiting beliefs. These beliefs are acting as opposing intentions that block your dreams from manifesting.

First, let’s get clear about what limiting beliefs really are. A limiting belief is a self-created “truth” that prevents you from following your dreams and manifesting your deepest desires. In other words, it’s an obstacle that stands between you and your Divine Purpose.

The important thing to remember is that limiting beliefs are “self-created”? They are! The seeds for some of your limiting beliefs might have been planted in your mind by other people, but you ultimately nurtured them and allowed them to blossom in your life, even if you did it subconsciously.

Whether they originated from your own negative thoughts, or from someone else’s influence, they amount to the same thing: they are inner obstacles that will hold you back from the life you are intended for.

Remember how the Law of Attraction works!  You think, you feel, you attract.

A belief is nothing more than a thought you have focused on and reinforced dozens and dozens of times – so it eventually becomes your “truth”. Your beliefs influence your thoughts; your thoughts trigger your emotions, and your emotions broadcast your vibrational frequency!

Here are some tips that might help:

1. Awareness – identify limiting beliefs

Before you can change your limiting beliefs, you need to know what they are. But the trouble with most limiting beliefs is that they are subconscious. You rarely, if ever, think about them consciously, but they run silently in the background, influencing your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Here is an exercise that will help you identify some of your limiting beliefs. On a piece of paper, write the words: “I would like to _____________ (write in the thing that you most desire).  At the end of that statement, write the word, “but.” Then insert the reasons why it can’t be done.

Here is an example. “I would like to write a book, but I’m not famous enough for people to want to buy it.

Continue to write out a list of all the things that come to mind.

  • No one would want to read anything I wrote.
  • It would be way too hard!
  • I’m not knowledgeable enough to do that
  • I’m not an expert.
  • I don’t know where to start.

2. Meditation

The best way to change limiting beliefs is to use meditation. In a meditative state your subconscious mind is open to suggestions and affirmations. With repetition meditation can assist you in re-writing your subconscious blueprint.

Remember that a belief is nothing more than a self-created “truth” – a thought that you have continued to focus on and reinforce, sometimes for years.

But it won’t take years to clear your limiting beliefs. If you’re very consistent with your efforts, you can change a limiting belief in days – maybe a few weeks for extremely strong beliefs.

3. Reframing

Ronald Reagan was a master re-framer. Once, when he was accused by his opponent of being too old to run for president, he reframed their accusation by saying: “Oh, that’s just their youth and inexperience talking. We won’t hold it against them.” He had a natural ability to turn things around and put a new positive energy to them.

Have you ever noticed how different the world looks from the window of an airplane at 23,000 feet? The vantage point from which we see things has a great effect on what we believe, think and feel about things. If we are only seeing things from a vantage point of looking up at our huge pile of problems, we are seeing limited options, and we are going to feel discouraged. Remember, the language the Universe understands is the language of emotion. Emotions are the vibrational signal we send and that is what gets mirrored back into our lives. What if we could see our situation from 23,000 feet instead of from deep inside our pile of problems?

Words like: “What if______?” and “How can I______?” are used to form reframing question.  They open the Reticular Activating System in our brains to new possibilities.

How to use Imagination to Connect to Abundance

abundance 3

One of the greatest truths I’ve ever learned is that our outer-world is a perfect reflection of our inner-world. If you are not experiencing abundance in your outer world it is because there is inner work that needs to be done first.

If you want more financial abundance in your life it won’t happen by learing some new money-making technique. If that were true you would already have the financial abundance you want.

Changing our inner-world begins with the power of our imagination. The human mind has powerful God-given creative powers.  Here are 4 steps that will help you unleash the mental power to align with greater abundance.

Step one: Ask yourself, “If I made $___________ a year what would I enjoy doing? What would I wear? Where would I live? Write down your answers to these questions in as much detail as you possibly can.

Step two: Write a new script and rehearse it mentally. Read it! Feel it! Pretend you are a famous actor and you are getting paid $10 million dollars to play the part. The brain makes repetition real!

Step three: Ask yourself, “What would I have to believe about myself for this to be true?” Write down all the beliefs you will need to adopt.

Step Four: Ask yourself, “What can I offer to others?” This is where you look at your innate gifts and talents – your Divine Purpose, and follow your passion. Write down things you are deeply passionate about and how you can use your unique gifts to offer something to others.

Your subconscious mind has the  capacity to connect you to unlimited abundance if you align with it through the power of your imagination!

How to use Imagination to Align with True Success!

imagination

Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming events.” – Albert Einstein

The power of imagination

Another way that we increase our alignment with True Success is through the power of imagination. Remember, the subconscious mind is emotional and processes ideas simultaneously, using pictures.

Often we think of imagination as something that kids do. Unfortunately, as we grow up our imaginations get snuffed out quickly as our parents and teachers tell us to quit daydreaming. What we are really doing when we’re imagining, is exercising one of the most powerful mental faculties we’ve been given. Imagination starts the process of creation, but also gives us a desire to see the finished product.

Here’s an example of what I mean:

Story of Autistic Basketball player

Not long ago I saw a news story about an autistic boy who was the coach’s helper for his high school’s basketball team. He mostly did little things like bringing water and handing out towels. As he was attending to his duties, he would imagine himself playing for the team. He was always rehearsing in his mind the incredible things he would do in game situations.

His passion and devotion to the team earned him so much respect from the coach that in the final game of the season the coach allowed him to suit up for the game. Then with four minutes left in the game, the coach unexpectedly substituted him in.

His first shot was a twenty-footer from the right baseline that missed everything. His second was about the same, but on his third shot he drained a three-pointer, and something just clicked. The images he had rehearsed took over and he began to hit shot after shot. He made six straight shots, mostly three pointers, for a total of twenty points. With each succeeding shot the crowd grew wilder and wilder. When he hit his final three-pointer as time was running out, the scene became utter mayhem. Because of his autism, he was used to feeling different, but this was very different from his real life experience, this was something he had only experienced in his imagination!

His success was the result of the images he had played over every day in his mind – like a movie. The script of his movie had been written and rehearsed many times before it actually played out. This is the amazing creative power God has place within each of us!  (Olsen, Zero to Hero, 23)

As always, I would love to hear your comments!

How to Help Your Kids Find True Success and Purpose!

kids

Every child is unique and children have an innate gift of knowing what they are good at and what they love doing. Children are also very tuned-in to the God-given creative power of their imagination. It isn’t until their parents, teachers and society begin to tell them otherwise that they become disconnected from their dreams and passions.  Our dreams and passions were given to us as signs to guide us to our Divine Purpose. We are all created to do what we love. Unfortunately we aren’t taught that in our society.

I love this quote: “Everyone has a purpose in life . . . a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of goals.” – Deepak Chopra

As a child, I knew exactly what brought me joy! It was playing baseball. The game was magical to me. I loved everything about it: the uniforms, the equipment, even the dimension of the field. I loved the strategy of each pitch. I love to watch the Major League players who had become my heroes for their amazing ability to play this magical game.

When I wasn’t playing baseball I was day-dreaming about baseball, reading books and articles about baseball. I would walk with my friends to 7-Eleven to buy baseball cards and baseball trading cups. I would buy baseball magazines so I could cut out the pictures and put them up on my bedroom wall.

Baseball resonated with me and there was a magical, joyful feeling that flowed through me when I played it. I knew I was born to play baseball.

No one ever had to motivate me to play baseball! My desire to play flowed as effortlessly as breathing. When I was playing baseball it was as if time didn’t exist, I never checked the time to see when I needed to quit. It required no effort, no hard work and there was no pressure, no stress, just pure joy!

Now as an adult, I get that same joy from writing. but I had to rediscover my purpose and passion after having been disconnected from it for many years. Unfortunately this is the case for many adults today. They are making a live, but not living!

Here are some tips to help you encourage your children toward their Life’s Purpose:

  1. Never discourage them from following their dreams and passions! True success is a feeling of being fulfilled, knowing that your life has purpose and meaning.
  2. Never force your own dreams upon your children! “People suffer when they pursue a life or chase a dream that doesn’t belong to them” – Carolyn May
  3. Don’t expect them to follow the path that society says they should travel! Their path may be very unique.
  4. Allow them to use their imaginations! Never discourage them from day dreaming. It is the greatest God-given gift they have inherited. It is the power by which all things are created. It will assist them in creating the life of their dreams.
  5. Learn the 11 myths that parents have been teaching their children, that keep them from True Success and Divine Purpose! Get the  FREE report here: http://bit.ly/UASoU4
  6. Be careful of every word your say to children under 8 years old. This is when their subconscious blueprint is being set up and the beliefs stored there can affect them the rest of their lives.
