How to Change Your Life with Your Thoughts and Beliefs

Beliefs

If your life is not as joyful as you would like it to be, it is because your thoughts and beliefs are not aligned with your desires and passions. They are not in alignment with who you were crated to be.

Did you know that you can deliberately create the reality you want using your thoughts and beliefs?  You can change your life by changing the story you are telling about your life. Change the thoughts you think and it will change your reality. Your beliefs about your reality will change.

Here are 4 tips that can help you do that:

Step 1: Use affirmations correctly

Affirmations don’t really work for people in the ways that have been taught to them, because when you have a belief like: “I’m not good enough” that has been backed up by years of proof, when you say “I’m good enough” it contradicts your own intelligence, it sounds like a lie. It makes you more aware of where you aren’t rather than closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

So we need to back up a little bit and be incremental. We need to place stepping stones on our road to closing the gap between where we are and where we want to be.

Here is an example: If you hold the belief that: “I am not good enough,” just saying “I am good enough” won’t work, but if you start looking for small evidences that you are good enough you can start bridging the gap.

Step 2: Come up with things you actually do believe which are on the way to the belief that “I am good enough.”

Here is an example: Instead of thinking “I’m not good enough,” think: “I am a deep thinker,” or “I am an inspirational speaker,” or “I have valuable things to share with people.” That can be a mental step toward “I am good enough.”

Those are the types of thoughts you want to be using as affirmations.

Practice beliefs (incrementally) that are closer and closer to the vibration of “I am good enough.” Pretty soon that gap will be closed and you will believe it.

Step 3: Try this experiment

Choose something that you have no emotional attachment to and spend 10 minutes a day focusing on it and visualizing it. Don’t choose something you care a lot about because if you are emotionally attached or you are desperate for this thing to manifest you will experience resistance.

For example: you could choose horses or butterflies or whatever, as long as you really aren’t attached to it at all. If for example you choose horses, then set your alarm for 10 minutes and start visualizing riding them, feeding them, stroking their manes etc. Try to visualize in a way that involves your senses (smell it, taste it, feel it). Loose yourself completely in the experience until the timer goes off. Keep this up for at least a week and you will soon find that the thing that you chose to focus on is showing up in your life in amazing ways – on bumper stickers, movies, articles etc. You will be amazed at how this will help you gain the belief that what you focus on becomes a part of your reality. Once you gain a belief in this principle you can begin to use it for other things more relevant to your desires.

Step 4: Look for new evidence of your new belief. The brain is like a scientist and you can send it out on a scavenger hunt for new proof. Once you focus on the proof – more proofs will appear. It will snowball into your experience until you are sitting in an entirely different reality.

I hope you will experiment with these 4 tips and as always I am interested in your insights and experiences.

How to Increase your Bandwidth to Divine Intelligence (Part 3)

Energy

Everything is Energy

Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy; this is science.” – Albert Einstein

It’s not Philosophy; it’s Science

I love that Einstein said; “this is not philosophy; this is science,” but maybe he could have said “It’s not just philosophy, it’s also science,” because I believe it is both. I believe Einstein found the connection between philosophy and science. It’s called Universal law!

Universal laws are where science and philosophy come together; it is where the physical (visible) and spiritual (invisible) worlds combine. Einstein’s statement that “everything is made up of unseen energy,” helps connect True Success with Divine Purpose.

All physical matter is just energy vibrating at different frequencies. This is a universal law that has been confirmed by science. Spiritual matter is energy as well; it just vibrates at a much higher frequency.

In order to access the higher frequency of the spiritual realm, you must raise your own frequency. There are numerous things you can do to raise your frequency. First, though, you must truly have the intent to learn with spiritual guidance about loving yourself and others. When you have a true, pure intent to learn, your frequency automatically rises. Your intent to learn is your most powerful tool for raising your frequency.

I believe that part of Albert Einstein’s Divine Purpose was to discover that “everything is energy.” Your beliefs, your thoughts, your emotions are made up of energy that affects your ability to  resonate with the right people, opportunities and inspired ideas. Your Divine Purpose has a vibrational frequency that flows from a divine energy source. The frequency of that higher energy has the power to transform your life.

All Energy Flows From a Source of Divine Intelligence

Max Plank, another world-renowned scientist, is known for his breakthroughs in the understanding of the atom. Scientists like Max are typically left-brained guys, who don’t tend to be philosophical. By nature they need to have data and hard proof.

Amazingly, Max Plank, as he accepted the Nobel Prize, said: “As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear-headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you, as the result of my research about Atoms, this much. There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particles of an Atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together.”

The greatest scientist on the planet says: “We must assume that beyond this force is the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.” – Max Plank.

It seems that the greatest scientific mind of our time is saying. There is a Source of intelligence from which all energy and power flow.

The Universe is God’s Divinely Organized System

“The whole universe, in its essential nature, is the movement of energy and information.” – Deepak Chopra

Whether we recognize it or not, universal physical laws like gravity are constantly at work in our lives. For instance, when an airplane is flying it would appear that the Law of Gravity is not in effect, but in reality it’s because the Law of Gravity is in effect that the plane is actually able to fly. A plane cannot take off, steer, or maneuver without the power of gravity. Gravity is working in every aspect of flight.

Just as the Universe has constant physical laws, like the law of gravity, it also has spiritual laws which work nonstop and affect all aspects of our lives. These laws exist in The Universe as part of God’s divinely organized system by which all things operate.

Energy is a part of this divinely organized system. It makes up the building blocks out of which the universe constructs every material thing, including all forms of life. Through a process which only Divine Intelligence completely understands, the universe translates energy into matter. Nature’s building blocks are available to man, in the energy involved in thinking! Napoleon Hill put it this way: “Man’s brain may be compared to an electric battery. It absorbs energy from the ether, which permeates every atom of matter, and fills the entire universe.

How to Increase Your Bandwidth to Divine Intelligence! (Part 2: “I Am Statements)

Divine intelligence 2

“If God be God and man a creature made in image of the divine intelligence, his noblest function is the search for truth.” – Morris West

I am statements

I found this post on Facebook. The source of the statistics is unknown. However, I think it gives a fairly accurate depiction of what our chances for success will be based on the words we use. Our words are an indication of our mental focus. The words we use in our self-talk and to others are very important. Because words are energy, they can either enhance or hinder our capacity to succeed. Here is a list of commonly used phrases and the probability of success that comes by using them.

  • I won’t = 0%
  • I can’t = 10%
  • I don’t know how = 20%
  • I wish I could = 30%
  • I want to = 40%
  • I think I might = 50%
  • I might = 60%
  • I think I can -70%
  • I can = 80%
  • I am = over 90%

Whether these statistics are perfectly accurate or not, it is demonstrates a Universal truth, that our beliefs, thoughts and emotions are energy and there is great power in using statements beginning with the words “I Am.”

Here are some examples of how you can use “I Am” statements:

“I am aligned with my Divine Purpose!”

“I am worthy.”

“I am abundant.”

“I am blessed.”

“I am inspired.”

“I am living my dreams.”

Ask “Why?”

Because the Reticular Activating System in our brain has the power to filter through billions of bits of information in order to find what is most relevant to you, a great next step is to ask yourself “Why” in relation to each of your “I am” Statements. For instance, ask yourself, “Why am I aligned with my Divine Purpose?” “Why am I worthy?” “Why am I living my dreams?” This allows the Reticular Activating System to go to work in your behalf, searching for even deeper evidence that each of your “I am” statements is true.

I recommend writing down each of your “I am statements” and then re-phrasing them as “why” questions. Then write down each of the reasons or proofs as your RAS reveals them to you. These evidences or proofs will strengthen your belief system, thus affecting the frequency of your thoughts and emotions.

How to Increase Your Bandwidth to Divine Intelligence (Part One: Re-framing)

mental bandwidth

We increase our mental bandwidth as we get our subconscious beliefs on board with our conscious desires and goals.

When we have both parts of our mind working together it becomes our pipeline to the flow of True Success. When or subconscious beliefs are on-board with our conscious goals there is no resistance and the bandwidth to source energy becomes enormous. The more we can expand our bandwidth the more “flow” we experience and the more we will experience an effortless flow of success. Increased flow comes through increased bandwidth.

Neural dissonance is a form of resistance that reduces our bandwidth. It occurs when there is not alignment between the conscious and subconscious mind. It stops us from “seeing” possibilities. It stops us from resonating with Divine Purpose.

When Napoleon Hill was finishing his book “Think and Grow Rich,” he had an experience that demonstrates the powerful bandwidth our subconscious minds possess. As he was struggling to come up with the right title for his book, his publisher finally gave him a one-day deadline in which to come up with a title or they would do it for him.

Before retiring that night, he actually sat in bed and began having a conversation with his subconscious mind. He asked his subconscious mind to reveal to him the title that was intended for the book.

He went to bed and quickly fell asleep, but in the early hours of the morning a flash of inspiration awakened him, and he knew at that moment that the title of his book was to be “Think and Grow Rich.”

The subconscious is where the brain and Divine Intelligence connect; kind of like a connection to some sort of spiritual internet. Spirit always operates by law and it always operates perfectly. If your subconscious is filled with limiting beliefs it will affect you spiritually, by making you dissonant to things of the spirit.

All of us would like to make changes in our lives, such as feeling happier, having more meaning and joy on a daily basis, having more financial abundance, losing weight, having better relationships, starting a new career, or taking up a new hobby. But actually making those changes can often be the hard part. Why is that?

The difficulty lies in the fact that our minds are made up of two parts. One part is responsible for rational, conscious thought and processes ideas sequentially, using language. The other part is emotional and processes ideas simultaneously, using pictures.

The emotional, subconscious mind is far more powerful than the rational, conscious mind. It is capable of processing more information, it controls approximately 95 percent of the thoughts you think and the actions you take each day, and is motivated by the pull of pleasurable rewards and the push of negative emotions.

Re-framing is a great tool for increasing your subconscious connection. Re-framing can be done by filling in the blanks in these statements below:

  • “Even though ___________, I am open to _________.
  • “Even though____________, I choose to __________.

Here are some examples:

If you are struggling with feelings of “unworthiness”, you would begin by saying:

Even though I am feeling unworthy, how can I see this differently?”

Even though I am feeling unworthy, what if I could feel completely different?”

Even though I feel unworthy, I am open to the complete opposite being true.”

Even though I feel unworthy, I choose to unconditionally love and accept myself.”

Re-framing is opening your subconscious to the complete opposite of whatever limiting belief you have accepted as truth. It is a very powerful tool, especially when combined with EFT or “tapping,” which we will go into shortly.

By accepting the belief that your worthiness is a prerequisite for connecting to God, then the belief itself becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, keeping you in a state of separation. Unless the belief is reframed, your emotions will remain dissonant from your source.

You can use the same process with the emotion of “fear.”

“Even though I am feeling fear, what if I could feel completely different?”

“Even though I am feeling fear, how can I see this differently?”

“Even though I feel fear, I am open to the complete opposite being true.”

“Even though I feel fear, I choose to unconditionally love and accept myself.”

Reframing is a great tool to help us change the power of our focus!

How to Live the Life of Your Dreams! Part 2 “Discover Your Purpose”

Purpose why wee are here

Coming to know, without a doubt, that your life has a Purpose, is the most important step that truly successful people take!  Without a purpose to guide your life, your goals and actions can seem empty and meaningless. With a Purpose everything in life either falls into place or falls out of your life.

Jack Canfield said: “I believe each of us is born with a life purpose. Identifying, acknowledging, and honoring this purpose is perhaps the most important action successful people take.”

You have a unique purpose in this world! It breathes life into everything you do! Have you discovered yours yet?

Here are some tips that will help you identify your Purpose:

1. What brings you joy? Your joy will tell you what your Purpose is. The times when you are the most joyful are the times when you are most aligned with your Divine Purpose! Everyone has something that thy love doing so much that they lose track of time when they are engaged in it; something that they don’t ever have to motivate themselves to do.

2. What are your innate gifts and talents? Everyone has something that “flows” easily for them; something they are better at than anyone else.

3. What makes you unique? Everyone has something that makes them different. Too often we are made to feel that being different is a bad thing. What may appear to be your biggest weakness, deficiency or handicap is often a Divine gift that can potentially become your way of touching the lives of many people. Your mess can become your message!

4. What resonates in your soul?  Learn to follow your intuition! Look for and access your inner-voice! Most truly successful people have learned to trust their inner guidance. This sense can be developed through the practice of meditation. Clear away the day-to-day distractions so that you can hear that inner voice leading you to live your Divine Purpose.

5. What is the “why” behind everything you do? Ask yourself: “Am I doing this because it’s aligned with my dreams and passions, or am I living someone else’s dream? I have a good friend who has been working hard to become a dentist and has finally realized that the only reason he is doing it is because someone told him dentists can make a lot of money. He recently realized he has no passion for dentistry and it never has been his dream or purpose.

The most successful people in the world align with their true purpose. They are people who have refused to live someone else’s dream.  Every great accomplishment started with a burning passion. Purpose is the greatest guide God has given us to us find True Success and happiness!

LIVE YOUR PURPOSE!!!

I would love to hear your thought on this topic!

How to Program Your Subconscious to Attract Abundance

Subcinscious mind

I struggled for many years trying to make change in my life using will-power and new resolutions, only to find that they never brought lasting change. It wasn’t until I realized that trying to change my life through conscious effort was a constant battle against the much larger part of the mind – the subconscious.

Our minds are the most powerful computers ever created. They have the power to connect us to whatever we focus on. The problem for most people is that they try to make changes using the wrong part of the mind. The subconscious mind is far more powerful than the conscious mind!

The simple and hard truth is that the amount of success we are experiencing is perfectly aligned with our dominant subconscious beliefs and thoughts. If you are experiencing lack, it is because your dominant subconscious thoughts are thoughts of lack.  As much as you try to focus on creating success consciously the subconscious mind always wins if it believes something different. Two opposing thoughts will not be accepted by the subconscious.

The subconscious mind has the capacity to create and attract the circumstances that it believes in the present moment. What you are thinking and feeling now is what determines your future!

Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1. The first thing you must do is get quiet and calm and eliminate fear. This is where meditation becomes so crucial. As you slow down your brain-waves through meditation you will be guided to answers.

2. The Subconscious mind is connected to infinite intelligence and it has to play out what it believes is a reality

3. Your subconscious beliefs determine your emotions and your emotions are the frequency you send out to the Universe (Infinite intelligence).  Your emotions are a reflection of your dominant subconscious thoughts.

4. You can change your subconscious programing through meditation and the repetition of new beliefs worded in the form of “I am” Statements such as: “I am powerfully connected to abundance right now!”  It is important to affirm that you have what you desire “right now.”

Remember, your outer-world is always a prefect reflection of your inner-world!

How to use Imagination to Connect to Abundance

abundance 3

One of the greatest truths I’ve ever learned is that our outer-world is a perfect reflection of our inner-world. If you are not experiencing abundance in your outer world it is because there is inner work that needs to be done first.

If you want more financial abundance in your life it won’t happen by learing some new money-making technique. If that were true you would already have the financial abundance you want.

Changing our inner-world begins with the power of our imagination. The human mind has powerful God-given creative powers.  Here are 4 steps that will help you unleash the mental power to align with greater abundance.

Step one: Ask yourself, “If I made $___________ a year what would I enjoy doing? What would I wear? Where would I live? Write down your answers to these questions in as much detail as you possibly can.

Step two: Write a new script and rehearse it mentally. Read it! Feel it! Pretend you are a famous actor and you are getting paid $10 million dollars to play the part. The brain makes repetition real!

Step three: Ask yourself, “What would I have to believe about myself for this to be true?” Write down all the beliefs you will need to adopt.

Step Four: Ask yourself, “What can I offer to others?” This is where you look at your innate gifts and talents – your Divine Purpose, and follow your passion. Write down things you are deeply passionate about and how you can use your unique gifts to offer something to others.

Your subconscious mind has the  capacity to connect you to unlimited abundance if you align with it through the power of your imagination!
